Supreme Mowing maintains the grounds of commercial and community properties across the Hutt Valley: offices and showrooms, retail frontages, industrial yards in Seaview and Gracefield, medical and dental practices, childcare centres, churches, sports clubs, retirement complexes and schools. If your property has grass, gardens or hedges that the public sees, we keep them looking like somebody cares.
What a commercial contract covers
Scope is agreed in writing and priced as a fixed monthly rate, so it's a line in the budget rather than a surprise. Typical inclusions:
- Mowing, edging and weedeating of all grassed areas on a fixed frequency
- Garden bed weeding, pruning and mulching
- Hedge trimming and shaping
- Litter and leaf clearance from car parks, paths and entrances
- Green waste removal on every visit
- Seasonal tidy-ups and one-off jobs quoted separately
We schedule around your hours — early, late or weekends where needed — and work to your site's health and safety requirements. We're fully insured and GST registered, and can supply insurance certificates and a simple site-specific safety plan on request.
Hutt Valley commercial sites
The valley has a lot of grass that isn't residential: the light-industrial belt through Seaview, Gracefield and Petone; business parks and offices in Hutt Central and along the river; the Trentham and Silverstream commercial areas in Upper Hutt; and the many schools, churches and clubrooms in every suburb. Larger, open sites are priced on area and frequency; smaller frontages are often best folded into a regular round that's already passing your door.
